The program calculates structural loadings for the International Building Codes (2000 - 2024) & ASCE 7 (1998 - 2022) plus other codes based on these codes such as Florida, Ohio, NFPA 5000, etc. The program calculates wind, tornado, seismic, snow, snow drift and LL reductions. The program also has a dead and live load generator.
Single user licenses are no longer available.
There is no annual maintenance fee. However, when a new IBC code is released there is an upgrade cost for the new Code Search program based on the new IBC. The upgrade cost averages $130.00 per year between codes. Free updates are released from time to time until a new code is issued.
