Code Search Program: Calculate structural loadings for all versions of the International Building Code (2000 to present) and all versions of ASCE 7 referenced by the IBC plus state codes based on these codes such as Florida, California, etc. The program calculates wind, tornado, seismic, rain, snow, snow drift and LL reductions. It also has a dead and live load generator.

CMU Walls: Design CMU walls in accordance with TMS 402/ACI 530/ ASCE 5. This program is based on the wall design for the out-of-plane loads procedure in TMS 402/ACI 530/ ASCE 5. It will analyze a typical wall panel, a leg next to an opening or a leg between two openings. There is also a graphical layout of the opening(s) to verify input.

Tilt-up Concrete Wall Panels: Design tilt-up concrete wall panels in accordance with ACI 318. The program is based on the "alternate design of slender walls" procedure in ACI 318. It will analyze a typical wall panel, a leg next to an opening or a leg between two openings. There is also a graphical layout of the opening(s) to verify input.

Concrete Beams & Slabs: Calculates flexural, shear & torsional reinforcing steel for concrete beams plus calculates maximum rebar spacing for crack control. The program is designed for quick calculation of reinforcing requirements for rectangular beams and slabs.

Steel Beam/Joists Vibration Analysis: Uses AISC Design Guide #11 - Chapter 4 to check vibration in floors with steel beams or joists.
